You can clearly see that it was deflected at 0:29. Looks like it was going wide.

off topic - interesting that the one time Cardiff backed off we scored - look at the time and space Toure had.

on topic - that was a one hell of a goal from Toure's pass to Kun's flick to Edin's control and scintillating shot - anyone questioning the legitimacy of that goal can only be a very unhappy person or not a city fan at all.

off topic - we don't like up us - as Sargent Wilson would say on Dad's Army. one example is Edin falling over and looking at the ref at the merest hint of contact. I love the bloke but this like a child throwing toys when he can't get his own way. Toure is the same as he starts to kick out when he the opposition close him down and often earns himself a yellow card.

conclusion: the whole team - Dzeko included - have to seriously man up

Very pleased with Dzeko so far this season, think he should start alongside Negredo against Hull and we should really pump the crosses in from Kolarov and Navas to beat the bus. I also think Aguero should be dropped for some games away from home as he seems like a homer to me.

It was a slight deflection but still a great strike but who the hell cares.We needed the goal and Edin scored it and it seems that he scores more goals in away games than at home. A great habit to have.
