In his post game interview Mancini said we played with 3 players. I think he meant Clichy, Zab and Dzeko.

No, you hoped he meant Dzeko.

Dzeko scored today. That's his job. Did Sergio? No.

In what was a truly woeful City performance the one player who delivers is Edin Dzeko with a great goal. In the year we won the league he scored 14 and looks like hitting that amount again. If we actually played to his strengths goodness knows how many he would score.

In what was a truly shocking performance today there were so many questions raised -

- does Hart need a break
- so much space behind the fullbacks
- central defence very weak
- Silva and Nasri anonymous
- no team spirit
- Yaya had little impact
- Barry had a nightmare

So let's ignore all the above and have a dig at the guy who keeps on scoring........incredible.

We are just fortunate to have the big fella who can be relied upon especially when the other 3 strikers have all suffered a loss of form due to personal problems.

Earlier somebody posted that Dzeko is most selfish City player, that he when scores just prances around and it's all about him. Well, today after scoring our only goal he didn't even celebrate. He went straight to get the ball and ran back to center!

Take a look at the goal. He did well to start the counter and finish.by chipping the ball that came behind him slightly. Didn't look accidental to me.

Aguero and Dzeko got no service today. the loss today was due to our woeful midfield. If you can't see that, then you know nothing about football.

That was a bloody good goal, the ball was behind him when he played it. Poor pass from Zabba but he got to it and hooked it in.

Absolutely no service today. About twelve times today he ran along the back-line waiting for the through ball to run onto. It was never played. The whole midfield was woeful.

We have a world class attack but haven't the world class midfield to back it up.
