any player that fails to perform should be benched the next game.
NOT ONE performed satisfactorily last week at Cardiff.

excuse me but that is not true.

both negredo and dzeko scored, they could have won us the game if we did not conceded.

Best we put the reserves out today then, because NOT ONE performed satisfactorily last week at Cardiff.

excuse me ?

OK I'll let Negredo off as he wasn't on the pitch very long, but not saint edin, who whilst he might have scored, contribted next to f**k all else to the game (a bit like a number of others I could also name/have been named).

Hang on..according to a few last weeks dismal performance was still down to Mancini and the players bad habits.....YCNMIU.

apparently it will take time to get rid of the habits that he installed...

what like defending well. :) hasnt taken long to get rid of that habit at all ;)

I re-watched Edin's goal from last week like 20 times - and the deflection was ever so slight that it did not even impact the trajectory AT ALL.

Actually, I'm STILL NOT SURE it was even a deflection - that's how "significant" it was...

Yet people on here trying to negate a great fucking goal by "it was a deflection, wuah, wuah"...histerical.

was still going in IMO, probably even further in the corner.

can't believe people are still unhappy with him, considering for the start he's had.

Yet we probably wouldn't have conceded both corners if Dzeko was on the pitch.

Edin Dzeko is world class player but sometimes you just have a bad day. :S

You cant have a bad game when u dont get the ball and when kun hogs it. it was average.

regardless expect 30 + pages and 1 ban before the next match of ''insightful'' discussion on him. Most of it will revolve around his commitment to the cause due to him changing his clothes.

In 120 years of trying we have only ever won the league on 3 occasions, the guys who got the goals on each occasion were -

1937 - Doherty, Brook, Tilson

1968 - Bell, Lee, Young

2012 - Aguero, Dzeko, Balotelli

All of the above will be remembered as City legends. Give Dzeko a break.

Erm....

Dzeko did alright, didn't have many chances and at least looked like he was having a go with some closing down and work upfront.
