It's interesting though because he came out today saying he is staying at Milan.

For him to say that there must of been a bid, most likely from us, and it was maybe the reason he was on the bench yesterday.

I think he will stay no doubt, but if we put an offer in which Milan can't refuse, Galliani might have words with El Shaarawy about leaving.

There is little to nothing on-line linking us with this player except on here and along with that statement coming out of Italy this deal is just not going to happen. I must admit that despite being pleased with this transfer window I am slightly disappointed about that.

I agree with you but that hasn't stopped galliani from trying to sell him this summer, I'm sure we were invited to bid and the player has been blocking the move in the end and apparently his relationship with allegri isn't the best. No offense but he won't be there in 2 years in my opinion and the opinion of quite a few Milan fans. Look I hope he stays but galliani won't pass up a chance for 1 player sale to finance part of their future. Its happened before and it will happen again. Milan have undoubtedly become a selling club over the past 5 years and all the big clubs in Europe know it. If anyone lodged a bid of over £30m they would force the lad out wether he wanted to leave or not.

Either that or he burnt out with him being still very young and inexperienced.

We can offer more money. If he's not at all interested in leaving, we should go all in for Draxler. He should be available next summer.

We can offer more money. If he's not at all interested in leaving, we should go all in for Draxler. He should be available next summer.

I agree with the money offerings, but for me I would like a player to join us because he actually wants to play football for us and not just come here for a pay rise.

No, it's very true.

But like I said, he's only had ONE full season with us (last season)

2 seasons ago he had just arrived, and played a small handful of games, mostly subs roles late into games

Officially who bid over £30m for him? Sure, someone may of bid for him but at that price he would no longer be at AC. How many top players have you sold over the past 5 years & how many of them truly wanted to leave Milan?

Only teams i can imagine offering that amount are Chelsea and Madrid. Frankly they're more successful than we've ever been right now so if he wouldn't move to either of them he wouldn't want to play for us.
