sorry but it fucking matters, you only need to look at the way txiki first approached navas being completely blunt with him about the weather etc. to make sure that he wanted to make the move
If its true he dosn't speak English it could be an issue as I think he would be the only Italian speaker at the club and for a 20 year old it could be difficult largely depends on the lads personality.
