I think it's down to him trying to hard to impress this season. It is ridiculous that Vass is keeping him out though so i wouldn't blame him for wanting to go.

How the hell are Vass and Benjani keeping Jo and Elano out!

.......and herein this post lies the reasons that would make Elanos departure from Man City a fucking travesty!

Crap for over a year now? Ha ha.

This time next week he would have been robbing us blind for 5 years.

The re-writing of history goes on and on.

Not really, his form nose dived after the first couple of months and he hasn't recovered

His form certainly did nosedive, to a very acceptable level accentuated by 9 goals in 12 months from someone playing in a defensive midfield position.

People like you are trying to make out that he's been much, much worse than he actually has been.

I will ask you once again.

How many were from open play?

I wouldn't say his form has been acceptable, slightly lower than acceptable IMO. He still scores the odd goal here and there, but when he doesn't score goals he is completely ineffective, and he doesn't score enough to justify a palce in the team

I think Elano is a very clever, quick thinking ball playing midfielder.
When on form an excellent player to have in the heart of your team.
If he were a true professional when dropped due to his form he should have pulled his socks up, put in a shift and proved Hughes wrong.
Instead he has sulked!
All this Robinho running to him on the bench makes me puke.
Big fucking kid in my opinion.
Comes on as sub works hard for 5 minutes, pats his badge a couple of times and thinks he is our hero.
I would like to see him stay and fight for his place but Elano likes the easy ride and doesn't want to fight! Hughes will have him out.

When did you ask the first time (unless you're talking about your other account)?

If you're so desperate for the answer I'd suggest you get off your lazy arse and find out. It's not top secret information, even you should have no problems finding out.

Absolutely spot on
