His free kick against Newcastle is still one of my highlights of watching City in recent years
this comes a very close 2nd to Kinky's goal Vs Southampton.

Before you talk more stupid crap, look at where he's being utilised. In the position many of us thought he would be more useful.

Yeah fine, but at who's expense does he play?

A great player on his day, but he's not first XI. And unless we offered him that, he wanted out.

I remember after that goal against Newcastle the Manchester Evening News was talking about him being in the top 5 midfielders we've ever had. Talk about a knee-jerk reaction.

On a side note I thought the goalie should have got that, crap goalkeeping. Is he playing for some backwater village footy 11 ;o)
