Robinho is a wonderful player but like other Brazilians they have a problem settling in Europe. He would if his mind was settled be a wonderful addition that ability we are missing. He did sign 3 years too early.

I wouldn't say Brazilians have a problem settling in Europe - Ronaldinho, Rivaldo, Ronaldo, Marcelo, Maicon etc. The UK I would agree!

Luiz, Sandro, pubehead twins, Anderson, Lucas, Ramieres, Oscar disagree with this statement.

Robinho today would contribute a lot

In place of whom? I wouldn't swap him for any of our forwards. Maybe Sinclair as a late game impact sub. Robinho just doesn't tackle and disappeared in every away game I saw him play in. He's got no grit - Like he just wants to make a couple of highlights. Not like he wants to play 90 minutes, help win the ball, or fight to win it back.

if playing for Real Madrid, AC Milan and us, and representing Brazil is failing id love to fail. id have him back here in a second.

He was never the same player after he came to us. His name carried him for a bit. When I say failed I meant his potetial he was supposed to be the best player in the world and he was getting there and then threw a strop at Real Madrid and never really recovered. Lets also remember when he played for us we were a mid table team

Elano could pass, beat a player, took fantastic free kicks, and had the best range of passing for a city player in the last twenty years , robinho got found out in the premier league, did well against smaller clubs, but big games and big teams went missing had no pace to beat anyone other than the tricks and was bounced of the ball too easily and as we got better as a team he seemed to get worse, so it's elano for me

Only this.

Elano's passing was truly world class. While I enjoyed watching Robinho play I don't think is truly cut out for English football, always thought of him as a Harlem globetrotter of a player. Whereas with Elano I genuinely think he could've thrived under a proper manager, Mancini would've been the making of him.
