Elano

What I said to Bigga stands for all of you...Mutley, Jay the Liar, Nancy, Disturbed...

You're all right.

How could I ever question your superior knowledge of football.

My poor little quaint pseudo-chav existence in Paris is a sham.

My bedsit in Gorton is closer to the truth.

I apologize for questioning you fine, upstanding, knowledgeable gentlemen.

I look forward to Elano's blistering performances between now and the and of the season...

I stand totally corrected.

I apologize.

I was wrong.

I will never question any of you again.

In fact, I will look up to you as men of true conviction, honesty, and honour.

My very bitter existence was the reason for my hatred.

I realize now, my dick will never be as big.

Yours sincerely.

Billy Shears.

xxx.

LOL at Billy! ;-)

Let's face it....Elano was the stick to beat Hughes with by certain posters.

Now that Elano has turned things around (for the moment) who is to say which side won? Hughes for sticking to his guns and making Elano realise that he needed to shut it and concentrate on his game?

Who knows.

Anyway, at this point any speculation on where either Elano or Hughes will or won't be in the grand scheme of things re MCFC history remains just that....speculation.

My money is not on Elano. Simply because he is NOT the be all and end all.

Do I have to choose sides?

I just want to be CITY

I LOVE CITY and I HATE united.

Why do we need to hate our own, any of our own? Fuck me, we'll be dressing in black and spitting at women and children when we lose next!

When exactly did taking the piss out of the gaffer become a hangable offence?

I could understand if you were the type that wouldnt say boo to sir at school, but I would have thought it a fairly common (and sometimes encouraged) thing at football clubs, good for morale and all that.

I realise everyone on here is sceptical about supposed "ITK" stories and all that, so I understand if people doubt my story (after all I stated that neither Elano nor Ben Haim would ever play for the club again at the start of December - one out of two isn't bad, but isn't good either).

Anyway, that was told to me from a first team player who knows more than most. Last time I spoke to him about it was admittedly a few weeks ago and he said that there was a definite thawing in the relationship between Hughes and Elano (essentially Hughes prevailed) but Elano felt he was going to leave.

Elano had conceded he was in the wrong and wanted to say, but felt he'd fucked up his chances. He's now pretty devoted to the cause (hence the recent press interviews) and is getting on much better with MH, but feels his future hangs in the balance. I think if he performs then he's safe, and he has noticeably upped his workrate (which was Hughes' gripe with him) so we'll see.

I thought people were just criticizing him on an internet forum?

Think generally.

And then answer the question. Doesn't have to be about Elano at all.

I wanted to say this a long time ago, but chose not to. There's a clown at every club, surely? That's how they makes friends/ be popular! For a player to grass that Elano mimics Hughes, in a kind of complaint to a fan, is really sad.

No matter how this is worded, there's been a compromise between the two. Clear the air talks have happened. I thought that was pretty clear in the New Year.
