Elano

I knoew they were lazy to, i did say it was only a back four swp and kompany that shud be proud of there display, yeh elano got on the ball and gave it away the hole time trying to play the killer pass every time he got it, when there was men around, hes a lazy c*** end of.

Get rid of him in January, wat a lazy c***, same as the rest of our player apart frm swp, kompany and the backline, i thought we were awfull today, I really can see wat Elano is giving out bout not playing, after seen him today i never wat to see him in a blue shirt again.

..does this include Robinho?

Actually give it a couple of days and some on here will be blaming Elano for the fact that we lost :)

It is no coincidence that we played better when Elano came on.

I Think For The First Time in a long Time We Saw the Real Ellano,But we also saw the lazy Ellano Quite abit

Sorry but he was fucking shite, how many times did he give the ball away?

He passed the ball 45 times and was succesfull in 40 of them, so he gave the ball away 5 times.

Hindsight is a wonderfull thing, you will always see the negative over the positive.

1 good long pass, some nice footwork down the wing, the shittest freekick I have ever seen and a whole lot of passes backwards. Not what I'd consider class, but still did more than Vass.

Still think it should be Sturridge who comes in for Vass. Elano isnt disciplined or a good enough tackler to partner Ireland and Kompany in midfield. Until Jan, or Johnson gets fit, SWP should still play in midfield for me... atleast against the decent teams. No problem with Elano starting against the poorer teams, at home.

Bollocks. Stick your statistics up your arse you little twat, it was plain to see he was giving the ball when he really shouldn't have. Don't get me wrong, I'd still have him in over vass, but Elano really hasn't been up to much for a long time

Why am i a little twat? You asked how many times did he give the ball away and i answered your question. It's not my fault the answer didn't match up with what you originally said is it now?

Get rid in Jan if we get an offer of £5m+. Too inconsistent, too lazy, and only the odd flash of brilliance

Elano made 45 passes, 5 were misplaced.

Vassell made 19 passes 11 were misplaced, but he ran the line and showed spirit.

He was ok, i think throwing him back in for his first game in a while 1-0 down against the rags doesn't help, he gave it away once or twice but with more games under his belt he will find his class form again

Thought he lacked any urgency to be honest and i'm a big fan of him

me too, he wasn't that good but an improvement on vassell.

Showed moments of quality and ineptitude in equal measure when he came on. He has to start ahead of Vassell but he is going to have to do a hell of a lot better than that to be one of the mainstays of the team long-term.
