I thought that Porto had to announce the deal on the stock market to signalise the completion of the transfer.....has anyone heard anything on this yet???.

Portuguese mate just got back from Oporto, everyone and their dog over there says Mangala to City is done.

No they haven't announced it yet, and yes they have to announce it first before we can. Someone said it will be at 4 on OS. The stock exchange announcement should come very soon by that timeline. If not, then nobody knows when.
