Please can people ignore people who twitter shit about any player coming to City. It isn't a done deal until it is on the OS. Our interest in a player doesn't start with a tweet by some deluded attntion shit spotty teenage schoolboy.

Can we just make this very clear now:
Twitter is NOT a source, it is a medium. Would you come on and say "Royal Mail say we've signed Messi" because of what someone puts through your letterbox? No, you wouldn't. So extend the courtesy to what you read on any social media sites too please. You do not say "Twitter says that...", rather "TheAufenticAgent9999 says that..."

We lack of leaks around City, and these two players is loud imo. The only one I am unsure about is Carvalho, I doubt we will get him.

Another big test for him and Fernando tonight, playing Benfica in the 1st leg of the Portuguese Cup semi final. They play each other at least 4 more times in the next month or so, even more if they meet in the Europa League as well, so I imagine a lot of scouts will be hanging around Portugal between now and the end of the season

If City had panned on moving on, there'd be leaks put out by agents trying to find Mangala and Fernando other moved. The only other option for Mangala is PSG, but they have Silva and Marquinhos. If Mangala comes to City he will play alongside Kompany and he knows this.
Won't be long before Di Marzio lets it be known I am sure. City are sold on both, Fernando I reckon is in the bag, Mangala's third parties are the problems. They will want to juice the deal for all it's worth.
