Yeah, I was on WhatsApp talking to a Brazilian friend of mine chatting throughout the game and she said "who is number 3" and then said their commentators kept laughing at him whenever he kicked the ball because it was flying off in all directions haha.
He was dreadful
Is he usually that bad? Can't say I've paid much attention to him for his club.

Maguire was dreadful too, going under the radar because Brazil didn't capitalise but he had a few proper howlers. He's a liability. Shouldn't be anywhere near knockout football games in tournaments when you're THAT prone to shitting the bed.
There's a ridiculous gap in quality between Stones and whoever partners him for England that we've seen so far. I'd give that Everton lad a run out with Stones, he can't do any worse.

That's the first England game I've watched since, well, as long as I can remember because I remembered how watching Brazil is always special. A few takeaways:

Anyway my point is, whilst driving around today and listening to the 2 sports stations the talk was basically Toney or Watkins to start instead of Kane!
So there you have it, if Kane misses the tournament or doesn't perform then we haven't chance.
