I don't know if Hodgson will do this but with that squad I'd go:

I really don't rate Cahill at all. And Cole is still better than Baines no matter what anyone says.

That not that bad a team to be honest. I'd put Rodwell and Richards in that team if they were selected.

Been Anti Engerland since Sven and his arselicking of gold plated player who played no matter what form they were in. FA more concerned with making money through shirts and advertising team having a manager building a team of winners.
