I see nothing in him currently. He may be decent in 2/3 years but he isn’t good enough for the here and now.

we could trust Garcia and turn him into a world class player

The only way to turn him into a WC is to add 7 cm height, pace and muscles.Muscles can always be added with hard work,the other things are not so there is a problem here. Although I am not a big fan at all, today I saw some nice passes from him, he has good footwork.

cannavaro wasn’t tall, Maldini wasn’t built to muscle players off the ball. What can separate Garcia is the way he reads the game

You can't adept too slowness, with Pep playing the high line with such a slow defense we are always vulnerable and this wont help his development.
