Taking into account his relatively young age & dip in the transfer market, I would be inclined to negotiate a much larger sell on clause % than usual with a lower cash fee to tilt it.

The market outside of the top clubs is going to be screwed. If Barca want him we should ask for £20m. If a smaller club came in they would offer £1m and think it generous.
