Tbh we don't want kids to join us for training, then fuck off anyhow, so I think it's good to deter those kind.

Sounds like someone from Barca is feeding the media false info to unsettle Garcia
This is how it looks to me:
1. Barto's mates in the media claim they'll spend €10m on Garcia or wait for him on a free next summer.
2. City say they want €5m-10m more and call their bluff.
3. Barto's buddies claim City have now upped their price to €40m.
4. "BREAKING NEWS: Barca agree €20m fee for Garcia. What a triumph this is for them to reduce his fee by 50%"
