The guy may or not be any good. But the sea change in opinion is transparently due to him wanting to move back home.
The hostility on here to an 18 year old kid is not a good look. Frankly it's piss poor.
My hostity is not toward him, it's toward his ability & the fact he should never have been anywhere near playing PL or Euro games for MCFC.
Anyone noticed a huge thread of people slagging the kid who has left to play for Utd ? No ?
Because he hasn't been promoted to our first team ahead of others, without deserving to be.

Absolutely no justification whatsoever imo.
He has no qualifications to be considered for the job of City centre back.
And he's proved it.
Favouritism.
Whoever plays for City I want to excel, but I think the time has come to say adios, at this moment in time after his last few performances I'd take a pot noodle and a packet of spangles if it meant we don't have to put up with that shit last Sunday.

I don't agree with your assessment. It is a nice take on things. This is not really about Garcia but the treatment of the club by Garcia and Barcelona. If he had signed a new deal and the club were remunerated properly due to city NOT barcelona developing his talent for him to then fuck us over is not on and his attitude towards our club is a disgrace.
On Garcia:He is a decent player for a 19 year old and has many strengths such as passing the ball and composure but he also has many weaknesses right now such as his strength and pace. The club have been led down the garden path and were led to believe he was signing a new deal and that is partly why he is receiving negative reaction. Now he is trying with barca to force us to sell him for a pittance. Characters like him we can do without.

He's shit, so I don't like watching a player fucking our team up.
And I think it's wrong Pep promoted him to play in major games, as much on his history at Barca as anything he did for City, when plenty of other kids didn't get even 5 mins in their City career.
