The Super League with driven by Fenway Sports and the Glazers, the backing for it came from American banks. It sure as hell didn’t come from City.

As for following rules in American sports didn’t Fenway Sports’ other team the Boston Red Sox get caught sign stealing in the 2018 World Series. Not forgetting Liverpool’s guilt money they gave City in 2013 for illegally accessing scouting databases.

The coverage of this has been incredible. It’s like if Madrid secured their prime player. Everyone is talking about out it like nobody can touch our players because there is nowhere better to go.

if you relied on the bbc & didn't already know you'd be unaware

it's hardly a surprise they are downplaying it,

That’s because it’s a Saturday and it’s full of the day’s reports. Yesterday the world’s media was all about Haaland. That’s how the new cycle works.
