He’d be a perfect fit. He’d give us an option that we haven’t got at the moment and would be dangerous at set pieces on either end. Should be all over him and sign him before his price goes up even further.

I don't think we will get him unless its a monster fee. It is in RB best interest to move him to the Bundesliga and hope for another huge season before a monster fee next year to make even more money.

You can see with a naked eye that technically he's not good enough which means he would struggle to drop in between the lines to receive the ball, twist and turn in tight spaces etc. Strikers who are more than just strikers tend to have a low centre of gravity. This guy he's just a lamp post with good finishing. Kane looks more mobile and yet he's not as mobile as Sergio and Gabriel. Once Sergio is gone, I think we'll go for some unknown S.American lad again.

His touch and passing is actually very good

Also very fast, a lot faster than Kane ever was

The poster said in his first line, he's copied it from a United forum

Molde eh? Wonder if they remember Paul Moulden when he played there - he was pretty prolific until he got into our first team.

Strong links to United and despite the relationship with Ole, would be surprising

I think the thing that makes him particularly interesting is how he sprouted in size at 15 - he was smaller than most of his teammates prior to that and had to be clever in creating space & scoring chances. It has clearly served him well

He can be the lewandowski in this version of a Pep side. We have to adapt, teams are gradually finding it easier to stifle us and if you’re not constantly adapting you get caught up. He adds a new dimension and an answer to teams just packing their box and letting us play with everything in front of them. Him on the end of a kdb ball is instant goals. Add to that the fact that david silva, the main architect of our style is leaving, and Sergio is approaching the end, change is on the horizon and everything points to bringing this guy in. I’d be looking to get it done in January and leave him where he is until the summer, maybe even give him a year on loan in a better league if we think that would be more beneficial
