Erling Haaland

I read that quote five times and still see nothing wrong there. How is saying that there is no pre-agreement, that he as an agent will choose the best option for his client and being respectful to Dortmund anything out of bounds? Or how does that qualify as carrying out negotiations in public? Because Mbappe’s destination is well known, Haaland’s potential transfer is the story of the summer, and as a representative, he will be asked about it on the street. As a journalist, I would love for any agent to speak publicly and be open. The moment I feel he is being disrespectful to any party, I promise to be the first to call it out here. Just know that our guys historically know quite well how to work with Raiola. Certainly bettet than with Levy
He is talking crap, he is trying to get clubs in an auction, he is making Haaland look greedy.

Haaland WILL NOT STAY AT DORTMUND that is a crock of sh1t.

I believe we want Haaland and I feel the player also want's the deal, the problem is the agent fees etc.

With the new legislation the agent/family can't get what they originally wanted and they need to find new ways to get that money in terms of wages, signing on fees.

We are witnessing a public poker game, but if the fat Italian is not careful , we will walk.

Sadly it is a circus, and Mino is the master clown.

Haaland is without doubt a generational talent but he already comes with huge baggage , I have said many times before, why the hell does the Haaland family want this parasite anywhere near their son?

Alfie Haaland always seems like a intelligent guy, why is he not capable of taking care of his sibling? Greed or exploitation?

Slightly worrying and a serious complication of this possible deal.

Why is it a Circus. And what bothers people so much?

He is a agent, that answered a question mid season, that quite frankly if I hadn't been looking at the specific player thread on a football forum, I wouldn't have even known he'd been asked, let alone answered. Which is the effect it has on most of the world.

I get the notion that he may price Haaland out of a move to us, if his demands and bonus wishes are absurd, sure.

But this arms up in the air fuck it all attitude of 'what is this circus' every time something meaningless and mundane gets said in a niche loosely reported transfers world, otherwise filled with plenty other shite and clickbait, That, i just don't get.

As said, why is the Haaland family using this parasite?

IF the player wants us, the negotiations should be fairly simple, it's not like we don't look after our players in every conceivable way.

If a player comes to this club and deliver's he and his family will not want for anything.

I’m not so sure. The more I think about it, the more I believe that if he stays there beyond January, the chance of another season at Dortmund increases a bit. Would still be unlikely but not impossible

For a comparison, it absolutely boggles the mind that anyone would say “we should sign Vlahovic because Raiola is making a circus with Haaland”. The circus that Vlahovic’s agent is making in Italy, being extremely disrespectful to Fiorentina, using the media on a daily basis to push confronting stories and advance a narrative — all that gets a pass.

Yeah but we don't know about that. Where as we looked up and clicked a link to a tweet of a claim in an interview, so now we know it's a circus.

Why are you not making character judgements of our players who are also linked to agents who are just as bad as Raiola? Jorge Mendes was involved in the Panama Papers and behaved poorly in relation to Ronaldo’s rape allegations. He walks around in a shadow of corruption and treats clubs like his puppets. If Mendes gave interviews like Raiola, he would be the ultimate villain around here. But no, he’s quiet. Raiola arguably is a good agent for his player is his team is among the most competent. He is a ****, make no mistake, but to be like “it’s a character flaw for a player to have Raiola as his agent”... please, get a grip

Is Txiki also a bad person for his good relationship with Raiola?
Is Pep a bad person for hating him?

Only a fool of a football director would fall out with a agent with so many top quality clients BUT any club would be very wary of getting involved with him, he has a considerable amount of baggage.

I honestly don't understand why it bothers anyone so much. He's doing what all agents do, but he's just saying it into a camera rather than spoonfeeding journalists the information he wants to see in the BBC gossip column.

I don't think that's fair at all. Compare Sterling's contract situation, or Bernardo and Laporte's situations in the summer. There was and is nowhere near as much noise as frequently. Add to that that other agents haven't publicly called Pep a dog.

Yes because there is as much global interest in Sterling’s contract situation as in where Haaland will go next

If he did want us, and we wanted him, and heck even money was not an issue, would/should his agent just go out and say that, in december, under contract with his club for another 2.5 years, with half the season left to play? C'mon. The guy is sticking to the script. Be better if he said nothing at all, sure. But there would still be speculation to fill the void.
