Please don't remind us, overpaying doesn't equal marquee

We got the most sought after managerI think you just reiterrated my point......we dont make marquee signings...that is my point
Is that grealish listening to all the other clubs who were in for him in the summer? Oh there wasn't any lol.
He has a release clause though? There’s nothing to agree with Dortmund.Sorry, I’ve had a few drinks since the game and probably not being as elaborate as usual :)
Should we agree a deal with BVB today for a Jan 2024 transfer, we can then speak to Haaland to agree a contract with a Jan 2024 start date. Same goes for this coming summer.
Legally and per FIFA rules, there’s nothing stopping us getting a deal fully wrapped up with both player and club for this summer.
They aren’t compelled to accept the fee and allow us to speak to the Haaland camp until the presumed clause active date (June 1st ish?).He has a release clause though? There’s nothing to agree with Dortmund.
You sure?Is that grealish listening to all the other clubs who were in for him in the summer? Oh there wasn't any lol.
Fair play though good response made me chuckle.
Nothing in terms of winning trophies etc, he is an outstanding talent, that is without question, but is he at the stage when he can make demands in terms of 400k wages? What is it you mean by done nothing yet.
Not specifically Haaland, more what does a player have to do to have done something.
Yes, because some clubs in the market will most likely pay that £400k p/w, simple as really.Nothing in terms of winning trophies etc, he is an outstanding talent, that is without question, but is he at the stage when he can make demands in terms of 400k wages?
Do you only come on this forum to slag Jack off?Is that grealish listening to all the other clubs who were in for him in the summer? Oh there wasn't any lol.

If Erling only wants us, and we need concrete assurances over that, then there’s plenty context for all parties to sit down in January and agree a binding deal for the Summer window.
Our board will be more than wary of getting burned like we did for Messi and Kane. There’s every reason to get signatures on paper in January for the summer.
