Slightly faster Dzeko with the header and plods down the entire pitch.

I think this is a bit of an optical illusion, it's powerful running and he has long legs/ a long stride but the rest of the Dortmund players are getting forward well there too. Think the desire to get in the box is more impressive than the actual speed. Also didn't mean to imply Dzeko was a snail, he could move ok once he got going.

Do we have the space in our squad to add both? Wouldn't we need to get rid of a non association trained player?

15 out of 17 Foreign Players

Sergio Aguero
Joao Cancelo
Kevin De Bruyne
Ruben Dias
Gabriel Jesus
Ilkay Gundogan
Rodri
Aymeric Laporte
Fernandinho
Riyad Mahrez
Benjamin Mendy
Bernardo Silva
Ederson
Zack Steffen
Oleksandr Zinchenko

5 of 8 home-grown

Nathan Ake (HG)
Scott Carson (HG)
Raheem Sterling (HG)
John Stones (HG)
Kyle Walker (HG)

Ferran Torres and Foden count as u-21

So looks like we have two foreign spots and 3 home-grown for next season.

The stats say he is one of the Top 10 fastest players in the Bundesliga.

We don’t have any homegrown spots. We are allowed a squad of 21 at least 4 must be homegrown plus 4 academy trained. So we have 1 free spot any more incomings than 1 will have to be one out one in. In fact don’t think Torres counts as U21 for c/l so we have no free spots for c/l.

Haaland is a lump, slightly faster left footed Dzeko. And Bundesliga is a goalfest, a guy on loan from Watford can score a hat trick against Bayern. Seems like all upcoming strikers are either lump status or are nippy in channels but clueless against a deep block with no space (Werner, Mbappe, Rashford, Jovic). Where are the new Tevez/Suarez/Aguero/David Villa type players who are good at more than one thing and can create for themselves
Spain?

The squad size can be up to 25 but only if you have the homegrown players to get to 25. We never do.

17 foreign
4 association trained
4 homegrown

You could obviously have 25 homegrown players if you wanted.

Optical illusion? He's yards behind the others as it was his defensive header from nearly on the line that set them off.

Oh wait, this is a clarkie isn't it? Please tell me it's so?
