£70m would be an incredible bargain, even with the addons.

he as a clause in his contract at £70million or around that maybe in euro's
but i think the lad wants the move its his dream move to play for city and he will not let the club be done over
the addons are a over the period of time and targets. so if he hits them city will be sitting on big trophies and dortmond get £30million extra

dortmond see the sancho deal making the most money for them they turned down £90million from united not so long ago but that also had city cut. now if that is waved united or anybody else will have to pay well over £100million hahaha. so the haaland deal he the bread and butter and sancho is the gravy for dortmond

just popped back into the thread

i heard that city are happy to pay the release clause (£70million) plus addons totalling £30 million if targets are hit by haaaland plus city wave the sell on fee for sancho at 25%. so the total cost could be around £125 million
also haaland wages are the biggest in the club history and will be the highest paid in the premier league by any club

look the market value is not a problem even his wages are not a problem. city need a striker a world class one and the best at the moment is haaland. i just hope city get the deal set in stone and good 7 to 10 year deal without any loop holes or get outs and slap a £1billion in the first 5 years then £500million for the rest of the deal in a buy out clauses

we don't want another sane mistake

With Spurs paying bale £600k a week I cant see this being accurate. and if he was asking for more than that Id say walk away as it will break our wage structure entirely

Edit: that being said, a lot of our salaries are bonus based to get around FFP, so may just do it that way.

spurs are not paying £600.000 ? they pay a loan fee and madrid pay his wages

The Essence of Man

"Look at City. Now look at your own club.
Now back to City. Now back to your own club.
Now back to City... We have more silverware. Now back to your own club..."

It actually means "path (dug into the ground)" or "slope" in Norwegian, or the past tense of the verb "to break", or "broken".

I also saw something that said it meant "good".

Fuck knows. I'll care more if/when we sign him.

Now back to Haaland...

A few players won't be happy about his wages, they'll be knocking on Peps door.

With respect he can tell them to come back when they score more than 1 in 5 or 6 chances. We have an amazing team but we don't score as often as we should given the quality of chances we create. As with the Lyon game last season I wouldn't be surprised to see that cost us again in the CL this season.
