i hear united have cash,,were fooked

No they had a lending facility with BofA and they seem to have spent most of that - so their transfer funds could be limited without sales. Ole will be calling Agents Bruce and Moyes to buy United cast offs at inflated prices...

Oh really? Last I heard from a rag mate was they borrowed £150m a few months ago and it’s nearly gone!? Plus the glazers taking more out and no crowds in means the debt has gone up and cash balance down further?

Brilliant video about him

whats really interesting here is his comments about wanting to play in a team/as a team....he isnt about the individual, he is about the team performance and thats what he looks for.....this is music to Peps ears as everyone knows.

With Spurs paying bale £600k a week I cant see this being accurate. and if he was asking for more than that Id say walk away as it will break our wage structure entirely

Edit: that being said, a lot of our salaries are bonus based to get around FFP, so may just do it that way.

The wage Haaland camp have pitched at is £350k a week.

Well within our means.

just popped back into the thread

i heard that city are happy to pay the release clause (£70million) plus addons totalling £30 million if targets are hit by haaaland plus city wave the sell on fee for sancho at 25%. so the total cost could be around £125 million
also haaland wages are the biggest in the club history and will be the highest paid in the premier league by any club

look the market value is not a problem even his wages are not a problem. city need a striker a world class one and the best at the moment is haaland. i just hope city get the deal set in stone and good 7 to 10 year deal without any loop holes or get outs and slap a £1billion in the first 5 years then £500million for the rest of the deal in a buy out clauses

we don't want another sane mistake
Hahaha, highest wages ever - what complete hogwash. Hahaha.

They didn't pay any loan fee.

Spurs agreed to pay £225k a week towards his wages, with Madrid making up the rest.

Madrid would like to makeweight Bale as part of a Kane deal this summer but Bale isn't interested.

Bale was probably done with Mourinho after just a couple of months there. Suspect most of their squad hate him by now.
