It’s not about the budget, just maybe an unfair distrust I have that I can’t help. One thing he has going for him is that he seems to get along with nearly everybody, which makes deals easier

It's not really just Txiki though is it?

These transfers usually involve Soriano, Khaldoon, and possibly even Sheikh Mansour too. A high profile deal such as this absolutely would involve the top brass. Txiki would just be the man on the ground.

I agree that a ESL would benefit City like it would every team involved.

yep! To be honest this point is one of the most annoying ones on social media? If we don’t sign a player it’s all txiki’ fault!? The final decision I imagine is mostly kaldhoon and sorianos as the money men and the guys running the club? Txiki goes out with a remit of what he can and can’t do and negotiates on behalf of the club but will still have to get the thumbs up from his bosses! The whole txiki blew thing is seriously boring and he would get a job instantly at ANY top club in the world if he left us.

Defo hes a good player. Still raw, but would do well under Pep's guidance. Would suit our style better compared to lets say Liverpools. Liverpool players run at high pace/energy. Their front 3, just run like crazy. This guy aint that sort. He will close defence down, but is more big built so obviously slow. And would suit a team/style of patient build up like our style of football under Pep.

He's not still raw, he's incredible. He's not slow either, he's absolutely rapid.
