I agree, but I think he has the potential to be another Haaland, so I can see us buying an Ings type player while he develops

You don't let Aguero go & bring Danny Ings in why what would that gain???

He is a friend of the family, so I am sure he knows quite a lot of what is going on.

That makes a journalist sometimes less reliable. It’s hard to explain, but things aren’t black and white. But to be fair to him, he starts by saying “As I see it”. Some of his other tweets present themselves less like assumptions (like this one) and more like info.
The Bayern thing came out days (or weeks? Who even remembers lol) ago like a threat by Raiola. Does anyone really believe that if he doesn’t go to another club this summer (which I have said all along is going to happen), he is 100% going to Bayern, when supposedly the number of possibilities for him would only increase with the release clause? If the plan were Bayern, he wouldn’t be entertaining any other possibility...

Is this “threat” of joining Bayern for a lower fee next year possibly a negotiating tactic considering the above? Gets BVB to budge and let him go, Haaland/Raiola do not want a repeat of the Sancho situation last year.

Delap will train with the first time and get some minutes like Foden. He will feature in the Cups and some lesser games

In the next 2 years he will rack up minutes and then become a regular. Delap is 18 years old. Look at Mbappe, Halaand, Jesus and others. They were playing first team from 18. I think Delap will feature more than everyone might think especially that he is a striker
