I think I've said it here before, City normally do some sort of spin when we aren't in for these types of players, We haven't seen that here, it's making me wonder if he is the fallback option if Kane can't get done.

Werner is an excellent player in my mind, jorginho wasn't deemed good enough after his first season for Chelsea, he would be excellent for us and I'd put him at the top of the dm/pivot in Europe
