The third paragraph from the end (and this is the only source I have read so unsure) seems to suggest ADUG THROUGH Manchester City have invested. Therefore I can only summised (based upon one report) that the profits go back through MCFC

If I understand correctly, the costs do not count against FFP but any profits will count towards Citys breakeven / profit.

Who knows? On the face of it, it looks like a separate investment to City, but would be good if it is the club.
