That must hurt seeing those red seats. And why expand when you have just been relegated.

Well yeah really, although that's what is was. Just a question. But as has been pointed out already it would have already been approved months and months before relegation was confirmed, something I didn't think of. Silly really as stadium seating used to be my line of work 20 years ago.

How will level 2 of the expansion work? Will the existing concourse remain as it is or will it been extended to take into account the new structure behind it? Same goes for level 1.

New tier at Cardiff. Red seats look a bit iffy when the rest of the stadium is blue.

It's not the red seats that get me, it's the white ones.
What are they even there for?
