It's one single seat (two presuming the away equivalent is the same) as seen from a 3D viewer which just cuts off the corner flag due to (eventually) temporary steelwork.
It's really not a big deal.

Chelsea aren't happy with us.
They were expecting their allocation of tickets from us to arrive on the 16th but no sign of them yet.
