Ah ok cheers mate, I didn't realise. Yeh really exciting all of these developments. There's all of the Chinese money going in to Middlewood Locks to the west and the ADUG development to the east, the city is going to look very different in 5 years time.

I just hope the change at the top doesn't stop the Northern Powerhouse development, Osbourne for all his faults had real faith in Manchester. If Burnham gets the mayoral gig I wonder if that will affect the council's relationship with City and ADUG?

Leese and Bernstein have been superb for City and they are obviously big blues, Burnham being an Evertonian might be a bit more "by the book" when agreeing deals and partnerships with ADUG.

A scouser shouldn't become mayor of our City

As in £19 for a season ticket?
Not sure where the £1 idea came from but their U16's ST's are priced at just £99 (£5.21 a game), the cheapest adult ticket is £289 but that's a band 5 seat which will be at the back (non-moveable tiers). They claim to have sold 52,000 ST's.

I don't think they had much choice to be fair. What many don't understand is that it is literally only their stadium for 25 days of the year

Why does that matter you do not make money from using the stadium for community stuff and concerts etc are profitable but only happen for a short period in the summer off season

They've sold 50k+ season tickets so they will be filling it.
The bigger London clubs have huge demographics in their favour compared to us.

Don't we have to hold back eight thousand seats for match day sales and away fans? If so, how can they have sold that many tickets, assuming capacity is well below 60,000 at the moment?
