When I lived in Droylsden I used to walk to work in Ancoats every day, I watched the whole Stadium being built for the Commonwealth Games and eventually for City, at first I would stop and look but after a few months it became just another building site to me, I never jizzed in my pants over a whole new stadium never mind a few new roof beams, lol

I enjoyed going past it when it was being built. Seeing the spirals come out of the ground first then after the commonwealth games were over what is now the family stand going up. And the realisation that city were going to play a mile and a half away from home rather than over in moss side.

But I'll wait till tomorrow, as it's a bit flat on here tonight.

Hopefully we'll all feel a bit better tomorrow.

Tried to get up to the 3rd tier via the spiral after the match, but the steward wouldn't let me in again.
