Appreciate the CGI’s aren’t that great, and future ones will have much more detail.

2nd minor complaint after the blank wall. Sorry City. I do love the overall proposal like everyone else.

The hotel worries me, even though the CGI doesn’t show much.

It reminds me of a Premier Inn. Flat roof, loads of windows close together, pretty boring and bog standard.

This doesn't have the feel of a club worried about the PL charges :)

More likely some other clubs got wind of our plans & are worried, hence the charges? ;)

Got to be along the lines of a Vegas hotel, hundreds of if not thousands of rooms, anything like that Premier Inn would be a total waste, the only reason anyone would stay there is because it's close to the destination, it needs to be the destination.

@blueyorkie do you think they will build them in the surrounding area , where the gas holder etc

Can someone find out what the building are where the super casino was meant to go

Think it specifically says there will be no further car parks in the transport section of the report.

We were told by senior people at the club that they were looking into building multi storey car parks
