The guy who built the south stand back on a one day a week consultancy for Laings doing this one. Retired but tempted back to over see this one.

Wonder if we will ever see 70K+ expansions
100% but sadly not sure we will see it before I snuff it.
I would think the owner would love to beat the 1934 record of 84k
Let's hope he makes sure the bloody floor in it is non slip this time.

When not if City build a new stadium,it will be on the site of the current CFA which will be relocated to the Etihad site.
Feasibility studies were undertaken before the CFA was built.
Think forward 4 or 5 decades,as HH Sheikh Mansour and his country do, and the logic is simple......we own all the land
