He doesn’t state what the numbers relate to. Will need to find out.

Note the trees around the East stand. 3 trees that have recently been planted outside the East stand entrance.

3. A smaller indoor sports arena or an exhibition centre?

That's one very interesting picture! looking wider from that it's get the tennis centre which is on the left of co op going, and replaced by another building, so could potentially be that moving into number 3, create a true state of the art building bringing more things into the area

Try them again, there is either too much traffic on their server slowing down access or there's something odd about the links. Copying & pasting seems to work if not.

I did end up clicking on the link from the full application so don't know if that has any affect, I'm looking at them both right now on desktop. Don't bother on mobile, especially for the Access Statement.
