Once a roof is on a place mate it's guaranteed to stay dry and works can be done 24 hours a day.

Liking the new city square idea but I would remove the hotel of the side and move it closer to COOP Live. By doing this you could make the new city square larger and fit more in with walk through tunnels to access the other stands. Pictures at the moment would create a bottle neck at the trams

Hence the lack of national media coverage, I suspect. It doesn’t fit the clickbait narrative of a club about to be relegated to non league

Maybe one of these would work from piccadilly into the basement or roof of the new building...to help with transport problems of car parking or buses etc.

I’ll try and teach you. Follow the estimated temperature line but look at the year. Look at the acceleration from the 1900’s when we started to burn fossil fuels. Now look how long it took for major temperature changes in the past.

The money would go to Sport England whereas the lease goes to City of Manchester with £1m ring fenced for sport in the City The set fee of £4m is for the league games additional fee is paid for any cup games
