Imagine seeing something like that approching the Etihad Campus
Imagine being an away fan, PL or CL, going to the match at the Etihad during the Autumn, Winter and early Spring months when it's mainly dark in the late afternoons and evenings, and seeing that.(even though it's just currently a CGI) It's going to look brilliant. As well as being a statement of intent.
The Collar site will be next.

Looks like number 2 on the picture could be multi-storey car park , by going throught the design statement you can see with the first two photos that area where higlighted with the box is is for parking.
Do not know what 3 or 4 is ?

TBH mate I don't know anything. I'm like the vast majority just following the thread. I do find snippets online. There are other forum members who know much more than I will ever do.
One of the interesting things is, the descriptions of the buildings alongside the numbers have been omitted from the PA.

Somewhere in the planning application it says that there are no additional onsite parking places. Not to say that a multi-story couldn't be part of a separate application

I think there could be a multi-storey for the hotel with things like solar panels and charging points. Probably just for the guests and not us oiks. And there’s nothing to say e.g. that 1000 ground level spaces couldn’t become 4 levels of 250 I suppose.

Like this which is getting built up the road in Ancoats , this is just not a multi storey a mobility hub with a cafe and outdoor terrece as well. This would be perfect for the site @Citizen of Legoland and @Gordyola
You could amend the floor plan to suit the Etihad Campus site

It’s amazing. I went last year to watch the Raiders, easily the best stadium I’ve ever been too.

That would be unreal, the sphere is such a leap forward it would be great to see something like this at City but when one of the bulbs goes who’s changing it!

Watching the redevelopment with interest. Given the exponential increase in followers over the last decade it’s gonna be interesting to see what happens beyond the redeveloped north stand and the timescale.
