You have exactly made my point for me. "Most City fans will know where the entrances are" What if they are visitors, tourists, day trippers, attending a concert, a hen/stag do etc etc...
People are saying that its going to be the next big attraction in Manchester, they'll be hotels, bars and restaurants, but only City fans know how to get on to the site.
Why is the stadium fenced off?
YesSo, where's the store now? The old "City at home" offices?
Jumping the gun. They’ll obviously change them up when they start the actual landscaping.
More fencing has gone up and a new wider and longer route/access to and from the stadium to the tram station looks to have been created.

Who knows.
The planters aren't part of the Etihad Campus.
OVG and CFG don't have any responsibility for the planters. They belong to the city council.
The planters have been like that for years. The city council have left the trees to die and the planters to rot. Just another example of the council not bothering
I was in town yesterday before going to BOTW. The amount of litter in the city centre was an absolute disgrace. As for the general up keep and appearance of the NQ, that was even worse.
It's all good and we'll having billions pouring into the city, which is welcome, towers and office blocks going up every where, but if the council and Biffa can't even get the basics right, clearing up litter, keeping the streets clean and tidy, removing tagging, graffiti, etc, it's a sorry state of affairs.
I saw one road sweeper out in town yesterday. That was at Circle Square. It was owned by the property developer Bruntwood.

Slightly off topic.
I appreciate property development is off another scale in London compared to Manchester. But Manchester is the best regional city for property development outside London.
Like everyone else. After the Coop Live Arena and the North Stand expansion have been finished, I'll be intrigued to see what proposals Sheikh Mansour has for the Collar site and other empty plots of land surrounding the stadium on the Etihad Campus.
