A massive sponsorship deal could be done here for a sky train that links up the stadium and Coop Live via the Mayfield Park area which is next to a station.

The line could run from the Mayfield area to the stadium via vacant ground between there and the stadium for example Palmerston Street then connect up to the City Link

How many people does that fit in and what frequency? Then what’s cost and construction time! lift the parking restrictions until they sort all this shambolic lack of public transport

I don't think this is excessive by the BBC. The arena owners / management have made an appalling mess of what should have been a triumphant opening. I can't believe the Co-op is into this with 100 mill just for naming rights.

27th/28th July. I was quite excited for it and was going to try and get tickets for it but Dana has stiffed UK fans so were going to have 30,000 pissed up fight fans roaming eastlands at 7 in the morning on no sleep. Great planning as per

The new stand looks huge walking up to it yesterday, it will be sone sight when it’s done all lit up especially in winter time

There will be studies done on the fuck up to open this venue.
The short sightedness is eye watering. The venue will be operating for decades, but capitalism demands that return on investment as the priority.
