Other than the collar Site the plans look pretty finished in the link. Although it looks good, all the People who have seen the plans say how wow and amazing they look. Surely then this can only relate to the land at the side of the stadium. How much can really be done with that piece of land that is so extraordinary

huge building with outstanding architecture and a thrilling use.

But are we talking just the land at the side of the stadium or is the old bmx land included. Let's hope for some developments soon because I just can't picture a building on that area that would blow me away, particularly if there are restriction on height due to foundations (no idea if this is the case but people have mentioned old mines being a possible problem).

Curious whether it is one large building or a number of smaller linked buildings

no height restrictions due to foundations that was sorted during the remedial works, thats why they took so long.
