Well, its what we've got now, like it or not we're stuck with it. Perhaps the club could pay a consultant such as Gok wan or Llewlyn bowen to jazz it up a bit?

City have come a long long way, we've always been good at moaning about all things city, but moaning about a bridge shows just how far we've come.

The design challenge of making the bridge interesting let alone 'iconic' in its location was one I reckon was simply a waste of energy.
The height of any bridge had to be low enough for easy of use and the only way of making it stand out is what we got in the original drawings we all saw.
That bridge would simply have looked out of place when the collar site and other developments are done with.

Perhaps it is curved thus because it will have a conveyer belt to transport an endless supply of footballing talent from the campus to the stadium.
As well as providing a means for our morbidly obese supporters to cross the road in safety.
