near enough all the polls are even, and even then they were all wrong last year. I just dont see how the bookies would know, when the majority haven't voted yet. unless its rigged they can't know. i think lots more people are going to vote out today then originally thought

Well the pollstation poll had close to 147,000 votes and 81% of them voted leave.

The Telegraph poll (not exactly unbiased, obviously) had something like 460,000 votes on their page and it was 77% leave. (When I last checked a few days ago)

Let's face it, a lot of working people, will be going this evening. That's the grafters, not the retired, the students, the stay at home mummys and daddies, so it could be a big swing...either way.

It isn't dastardly foreigners over-ruling the British. There are British judges who are in the ECJ.

With many favourable decisions for the country and the people in it I'm glad the high court isn't the be all and end all.

Do you feel the proposed reforms will be accepted by the European Union? If they are not would you feel justificvation for those who voted to remain on the back of the promised proposed by the Remain campaign and Cameron himself?

In my view if those reforms are not accepted, another referendum is wholly justified as many who have switched to remain could claim they did so on the basis they were guaranteed by Cameron that the reforms would be accepted and those reforms were what originally had them voting out if they were not.

Good question but then i would not have us in the position we are in now. I would not have said we would have a referendum.
I have no faith in Dave in anything he does so i would have to see what happens rather than predict. They may go through or they may be used as a strengthened bargaining point for the EU.
I am not happy that the Election funding scandal has not been given more prominence as i am not sure wether this tory government is legal but as it is currently wrapped up in legal moves, the press say they cannot report it.

As we are in the EU i would say those that have switched are Brexit. Those that feel they do not trust him may well be voting out for that reason. Yes some may switch to remain on his words but would you trust him?, the vote is much bigger than what one dope has said.

Would you be happy if the appointed peerages in the House of Lords made the laws in the country that were passed down to the House of Commons to vote on, knowing that the Conservatives held a majority?

That's a slightly mad spin on things as the HoL is purely an advisory body to stop bad laws.

Also, there is unlikely to be a majority of one party now.

Appointed by those we have elected.
Not the same as HoL where no one has any input bar some mates. Now that aint democracy.

The unelected peers in the HoL already have the power to veto laws. Dave has been hammered numerous times.

Not quite true. The Parliament Act was created to allow a government to force something through. Blair abused it.

Generally the HoC accept that the HoL know when a bad law is a bad law.
