I agree they're unlikely to vote for independence, but that's a matter for the Scottish people. The whole 'vote Remain to keep the union together' line is a total red herring because the SNP will hold a second referendum regardless anyway. The clue is in the name of the party.
They will continue to bang the drum about a second referendum to appease the nationalistic few that will keep them in power within local councils and Holyrood but Sturgeon and Salmond know the game is up, they had their chance and the people rejected it and that was when Oil etc had a price!
Most SNP I know are furious with them and their stance that an Out vote would mean them wanting to be in as some sort of a federal Europe.
Its a bonkers position to take.
