There is now a Brexiter on saying the threats of withdrawal of investment or even offices and bases in the UK are baseless - like them all he quotes James Dyson as a UK businessman saying EU membership is bad for British Business and jobs - not as bad as him moving his production facility abroad I am sure still lets all listen to someone who values British jobs like he does eh?

Our kids, and I have 2 in the bracket, can choose to seek employment across the globe. They will be attached to and more likely to gain employment in those countries that have jobs to offer. The freedom of movement has little effect on where they will work. The availability of jobs will. There are no jobs in the EU which is why the youth unemployment figures are so high! If anyone isn't getting it, I'm afraid it's you.

Over simplification. If one of your children seeks employment in a specialist role and gets offered a well paid job in say Greece would they turn it down on the basis that Greece has a high rate of unemployment so they feel it should go to a local candidate as they need it more?

Its Job creation AND freedom of movement that enables anybody to go and work and live anywhere in the EU. Of course there are jobs in the EU its daft to say there aren't. The economy there just creates fewer than here at the moment. There are also local factors affecting employment such as rules over hiring and firing - job security it used to be known as - and languages to contend with. A vote to exit means the only jobs they will be guaranteed to be able to apply for will be here in the UK.

Thanks for the continuous commentary.

claiming HE's the victim in all this - what a utter **** the man is.

He certainly is, repugnant man.

What I don't get is why has sunday politics north west got Kipper john bickle on, the fuckwit has been regulary defeated in every election he has contested as once defeated he stands somewhere else and isnt arsed about the place he puts up in. This wanker has no mandate to speak on behalf of anybody and spread him vileness.

I would rather see remainers/Leavers from the public on than the same people telling us nothing

That will be the Boris that this morning SKY News are running a 2013 interview where he categorically states the UK benefits from and should remain in the EU is it?

The man is a two faced lying prick - an opportunist who has taken the most important decision this nation will make in decades and hijacked it for his own bid to mount a coup against Cameron and Osborn. I have no pity for either of them but cannot abide the idea the Johnson is manipulating this for his own ends - he is a fucking traitor.

It was on today's Andrew Preston show and Farrage did little or nothing to dispel the rumours.

I agree - I get annoyed with those in the Brexit side who say if we vote to remain the "battle goes on" - they campaign under a banner for democracy and yet have no intention of abiding by the outcome of a democratic vote. You can already see Farage is lining up his excuse to fight on with his moans over the extension to voter registration.

True.

Farrage is becoming the Achilles heel of the Brexit campaign.

So much for Farrage's "integrity" in being prepared to be unemployed if it meant a Brexit vote!

The free movement does not enable anybody to work anywhere. The availability of jobs is the only factor that does that. If one of my kids is offered a job in China or Greece or Kazakhstan it is because there is a job and no one to fill it.
You are aware of the youth unemployment figures in southern Europe aren't you? It's not because of free movement. It's because there are no fucking jobs!!

That's rich coming from you mate. You call yourself after Gelson Fernandes and i know you don't live on these shores. You are a direct beneficiary of what you claim to oppose!! There is no reasoning, it's nuts mate!! Why deny your children the same opportunity you had??

Switzerland is not in the EU and there were quotas when I was asked to work here. Even now there is a time limit on my residency permit. My kids have exactly the same opportunity I have. You need to think a little more carefully before posting mate.

As a scout i crossed a glacier over four days in kandersteg, met Italians portugese and polish, went on a day trip for a pizza to Torino, an ice castle at the highest train station in all Europe. Skinny dipped in the Oschinesse. None would have happened if my own country isolated itself.
