He is 21 plays for us and his national team like him or not he is a talent enough to do both.

Yes he played the assist and he has scored some very important goals for us this season and no one is calling him shit. He's far from shit but he's also far from world class. Dont be so sure its up to the formation the manager wants everything he does is watched too closely. He did nothing wrong to be honest missed in game? So what he would not have missed that last De Rossi volley and people are mocking him which I find strange because to play for your national team you cannot be average.

International football is funny though. There have been plenty of players who were given there chance and fucked it up and were never seen again. That won't happen to Balotelli but sometimes all it takes is one bad game/fuck up and the manager loses confidence in them and they arenever picked again. Just look at Richards.
