European away games ticketing policy

Hmmm rather strange post

Not saying you're totally wrong about Corporate and supporters clubs, but I'd say that the selling criteria dropping substantially since the collection schemes been brought in although corporate and supporters clubs have still been allocated tickets indicates there's been a fair bit of ticket handing on going about as well.
On the contrary
The supporters club is now only requesting tickets for those who are going and known by the club
That's why its going to lower points

I met a lovely City fan in Barcelona last time, it was her first ever away game, and she had yet to go to a home game

How many in this thread have actually missed a game due to not getting a ticket?

Most who have contributed I recognise their user name and can put a face to most.

The club has stopped the euro collection for now and intends to consider other options. I await those with interest.

Sometimes you can be out of the frying pan etc.

I would bet most who struggle for tickets see the whole getting tickets as part of the build up to a game. They will call the points/schemes but just get searching. That is my experience

Its a strange branch that passed tickets to non members not saying you're wrong it could happen so at least the collection schemes stopped that abuse. I meet a lovely family in the seats at Seville Man wife two kids she'd never been to a game before one of kids was a Utd fan they declined to say under interrogation where they'd got the tickets but I'm pretty sure it wasn't supporters club.

Seville was the biggest piss take, sold out on higher points than the derby

Queuing up in the rain to stop this kind of blatent abuse is fine by me.
