What is your role? Why so secretive when giving away secrets that tbh sounds like BS. Maybe I am missing the point but SA teams in the CL? FFP would faail. 2 games in the US... think of all the politics around that.

I'd love if they claimed to have better refereeing than rugby.

Force the current refereeing bodies to make a decent fuckin effort.

To be fair, I don't think the Saudis need to do that to get their clubs in the Champions League. They could do it completely legitimately by resigning from the Asian Football Confederation and applying to join UEFA. After all, there are countries that are part of UEFA despite being geographically further away from Europe than Saudi Arabia are.

There's currently 32 teams in the CL, 32 in Europa and 32 in the Conference.

So it's actually reducing the number of teams playing continental football from 96 to 80.

I don't think the Saudi's want to be in the Champions League.

FIFA is making a massive push to stop UEFA being the "big leagues" of world football. They're really trying to lift up the other continents and make intercontinental football important with the new club world cup, the African super league, loads of private money going into South America and MLS doing well.

Reading between the lines the old European G16 or whatever they were called have seen their arxes again and want to be first at the trough.
80 clubs, how many will be at the top table, 6 maybe 8.
It stunk 2 years ago and stinks more now.
Red tops plus the 2 Spanish clubs are behind this agsin is my take on it.
This group and their spokesman do not see football as a fan based game but as a business to get as much out with the least amount of input, maybe you could call it the American dream.
The last thing with the sky video, two picturs of Chelsea fans, two of City with scarve on railings and City’s badge in background, one banner with LFC no club name. None of united arsenal tottingham madrid ot barca. Who made the video for them, the BBC;-)
 
This is what happens when the yanks are allowed to take over almost every club in the prem. Greed is their god not the sport. This has all been mapped out by these self interested greedy bastards. All be bolstered by yankee owned tv companies. Big fight on our hands looms, their greedy chicken fried fingers are everywhere.
