Ever Blue

I get offered superbia every year for all my loyalty in watching city all my life. I cant afford to pay the 2670 quid for myself or the same amount for my son.Thats 5340 quid for me and my lad in one lump sum. I would have got another 1000 points per season had i been able to afford this. Somebody who has the money would of taken up superbia in place of me and my son. Thus getting 1000 points a season.Buying points effectively?? My points were accumelated when we got 10 points a game. so money can purchase 3oo games worth of points. This EVER BLUE seems like another shafting of us GENUINE FANS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But you would of built the extra 1000pts over the year going to the away and cup games

have just filled the survey in saying it is a bad idea, and only benefits rich fans who can cherry pick there own seats, it sounds like a bribe to get more money out of us and offering us sweeteners to move us so they can get more for this ever blue which i take will cost quite a bit.

I have skipped through this thread and read various points.

It would appear to me as quite rightly the club are looking at ways of increasing revenue and it looks like this survey is cleverly questioning peoples future aims.

If you get 20k say yes we would buy a seat in perpetuity then no need to expand as the revenue is covered, if 1k say yes, the only way revenue can be increased is by expansion.

Sounds like clever targetted marketing to me.

Good point that Rascal. Perhaps they'll do both?

Hmm I didn't quite read it the way everyone else has.

I sit away from my family and so I would love the chance to move to sit with them. I would not pay any more than face value to do so though! If someone is happy to move and be compensated then fine. I would not be comfortable if someone was forced to move just because someone paid more for that seat though. I ticked all the boxes that related to face value and nothing more. I was gobsmacked that they put 6 x season ticket value there!!!!!!! As if.

My comment box basically said:

I think this is a reasonable idea to promote atmosphere by families sitting together. However, I would be very disappointed if the price was anything more than face value as this would make it quickly become undesirable. Are you aware there is a recession at this time?

I stand by that.

Just ask positive in this. It might work out well for the more than one person I've seen on here say they've bought a 95 quid kid's ticket for a newborn to ensure the kid gets to go when they're old enough. I'm sure this explains why there are often loads of empty chairs in the north stand. If you can buy rights to a seat but sell it with impunity then surely that means there are a few hundred extra seats for others again

So you pay for the right to go to games and then again for the right to your seat.

Fucking scum bags idea, City can fuck off if they want to be corporate bastards like that.

I think you miss the point.

Look at my last post. It may not be true, buts how i would view it.

They can have a lot more than my shit seat for a free season ticket.

Dunno why everyone's getting so excited. They're asking your view on an idea. If you don't like it, tick the box that says you don't like it.

It quite clearly says no-one will be forced to move if they don't want to anyway, even in the unlikely event it was brought it, so what's the problem?
