We may have an awful President, stupid voters, Fox News and its horrifying brethren, be fans of the NFL and NASCAR, still have all sorts of wealth inequality and racial injustice problems, crumbling infrastructure, an insufferable attitude about being the "world's policeman", have a gauche culture, no cuisine and great swaths of the nation dry and uninhabitable . . . but we don't have a journalist as fucking worthless as this bubbling rectum.

I think we did lodge the request to postpone at the same time as reporting the outbreak. The premier League had to, given the circumstances, and I cannot see how anyone can punish a team given the health implications

Newcastle v Villa was postponed nearly a month ago due to C19 and their training ground temporarily closed. We have a pandemic. In the past week we have played Tier 4 Arsenal, and Newcastle. Unsubstantiated remarks do not help a difficult situation for everyone.

Also cant see how the premier league can punish City ( deducted points etc ) when it was the premier league that forced City to play in a tier 4 area

I’m merely pointing out the media's differing reactions to the spread of the pandemic in different areas of the country.

Blaming us and our behaviour, when it was spreading rapidly up here.

People in the London area must be breaking social distancing and hygiene guidelines for the disease to transmit.
 
Disappointed that no comment by Brendon Rogers, Roy Hodgson or Amazon commentators wishing Man City well. Unbelievable but predictable.

Guess they are trying to make light of it all...

But could we not use our dirty Arab oil money to create literal physical bubbles around the players 24/7 using £50 notes?

Surely because we are money bags Man City our players and their families are literally impervious to this pandemic?

It'd throw the whole league's integrity into the air, they've done it before starting again in late spring and then going again in August...nothing would surprise me with those xxxx's.

I'ts worth bearing in mind we should be considering taking the football bodies to court making us play in a T4 area which is suspected of being the cause of our outbreak.

I'm just spouting off but I'm pissed off with it all now.

If there was any thoughts of them to sanction city which I doubt they shouldn't have started the season because everybody knew that this would happen through this season even with testing

I am just watching the pre match on NBCSN. The Chelsea game is being played in out of control Tier 4 London and I’ve just watched Aston Villa’s John Terry exchanging hugs and handshakes with all his old mates from Chelsea. Is anyone taking this seriously ?
